AFSS & Fire Protection

A fire protection system in a building is a vital part of its infrastructure to save its occupants, inhabitants, visitors, assets and valuables. 


The NSW Government has introduced reforms to strengthen the state's building regulations and certification systems. This means that compulsory competent fire safety practitioner registration is now in force for the annual fire safety statements (AFSS).


Our Building Managers have many years of experience in coordinating and assisting AFSS inspections and repairs of fire protection assets.


The Owners Corporation can be assured a smooth process when we are in action. We coordinate with  residents and the fire contractors regarding bookings, facilitate access to the common area and oversee repairs on behalf of the Owners Corporation so that the Strata can lodge the AFSS on time.
